Space Planning

A well planned space meets your functional needs and enhances your day to day life. I will develop a floor plan or furniture layout that will optimize your space for your lifestyle. I am happy to collaborate with your architect, builder, or contractor to provide construction drawings.

Furniture & Art

Leverage my relationships with trade-only resources to create a home with unique & quality furnishings. I will shop and select furniture and accessories that speak to your personal aesthetic. I will take care of space planning, sourcing, presenting layouts and furnishings options, purchasing, tracking orders, managing delivery, installation and styling. You will have the opportunity to select & test-sit options and this endeavor can be as collaborative as you wish & have time for. I enjoy working with client’s existing much-loved pieces to blend in with the new. 

Window Coverings, Upholstery & Pillows

Textiles & soft goods can dramatically uplift a space. Whether you want to recover a chair, add a few pillows or update the window treatments for your home, I can help you determine the style, select fabric & hardware, and coordinate fabrication through local workrooms.

Materials, Fixtures & Finish Specifications

Researching and selecting finish materials for large projects can be overwhelming. These include flooring, tile, countertops, millwork, wall coverings, light fixtures, plumbing, and more. I will develop cohesive selections and narrow down options per your aesthetic & budget to make this an enjoyable process.

Cabinetry & Millwork

I can design and coordinate fabrication of custom built-ins such as window benches, bookcases & other storage through local fabricators.

Color Palette

I can help you navigate the world of color and help you establish a color palette for your home. This includes interior & exterior paint colors, wallpaper, soft goods & accessories.

Project Liaison

Project oversight and coordination with the contractor from demolition to installation.
